The Huffy Extent is a men’s 26″ hardtail mountain bike finished in matte gunmetal grey. It is a sturdy, no-fuss bike for trails, rough roads and everyday riding around town, suited to teens from 13 and adults roughly 5’2″ to 5’10” tall.
A front suspension fork keeps the ride smooth over uneven ground, and wide 26″ x 2.4″ knobby tyres give plenty of grip. Stopping is handled by a front disc brake and a rear alloy V-brake.
Shimano twist shifting and a Shimano rear derailleur give you 18 gears for climbs and flat stretches alike. The padded saddle is mounted on an alloy quick-release clamp, so adjusting the seat height for a good fit is easy.
Each bike arrives at least 85% pre-built, so only the final steps are left, usually with basic tools. Manuals and instructions are in the box. Gears, brakes and tyres may need adjusting before the first ride and as part of routine care, and a bike mechanic can help if you would rather not build it yourself.
